For loan officers

Know which past clients to call this week.

Vurno watches every home you’ve financed — value, equity, rate and listing status — sends each homeowner a monthly report under your brand, and turns what changed into a short to-do list. The agents you work with get the same eye.

14 days free with 10 homes and 3 agents. No card to start.

The problem

You’ve closed hundreds of loans. Some of those homeowners are refinancing or moving this quarter — with you, or with whoever called first.

Their equity changed. Their rate is a point above the market. Their home just listed. None of that is in your CRM, and none of them thought to tell you. Vurno finds it and puts it on a list.

What it does

Two sides of your business, one engine.

Past clients are your cheapest next loan. Agents are your cheapest next referral. Vurno monitors both.

Client equity monitoring

Every home is valued monthly from Zillow, Redfin and Realtor.com, blended. Equity, loan-to-value, each rate against today's market, mortgage-insurance removal, and whether the home just listed, went pending or sold.

Target-rate watches

A client names the rate they'd move at. When Freddie Mac's average gets there, they hear from you once.

The homeowner report

A monthly email under your logo and NMLS: which way the value moved, recent sales nearby with photos, today's rates — and a page that answers the questions they'd otherwise take to Zillow.

  • Ask you about refinancing, selling or buying
  • Update their balance, rate, term or PMI
  • Payoff and refinance scenarios, live

Agent relationship intelligence

Search agents by location, ZIP or name; grade them on recent sales, local activity, ratings and top-agent status; move them through a pipeline. From “Meeting Set” on, Vurno watches their listings and closings and drafts the congratulations.

How it works

Up and running tonight.

  1. Step 1

    Import your closed loans

Any CSV with a header row — the export from your LOS or CRM works, and Vurno matches the columns. Name, address and ZIP are enough; loan amount, rate and close date unlock the equity and refinance math.

  2. Step 2

    Vurno watches, nightly

Values refresh on a schedule, listings and sales are checked, rates come from Freddie Mac's weekly survey, and every email open, click and page view feeds the heat score.

  3. Step 3

You get a list. They get a report.

Your dashboard opens on a to-do list with one-click call and email drafts. Homeowners get their report monthly or quarterly, their choice.

The dashboard

About your book, not about software.

Every number opens the list of clients behind it, so “5 clients could save $75 a month” is one click from their names and phone numbers.

  • To-do list

Listed, went hot, rate crossed, asked a question. Check off, snooze, or mark not relevant.

  • Heat score

Equity, rate gap, time in home, listing signals and engagement, ranked.

  • Book analytics

Book value, tappable equity, refi savings available, LTV and rate buckets.

  • Notes and calls

Log a call on the client; open call tasks close themselves.

Agents

The agents you want, and the moment to reach out.

Referral relationships are built on noticing. Vurno notices for you.

  • Find and grade

One search bar for a city, a ZIP or a name. Grades from A+ to D combine recent sales, local sales, rating and top-agent status.

  • Pipeline

Prospect, Contacted, Meeting Set, First Referral, Active Partner, Top Producer.

  • Listing watch

From Meeting Set on, new listings, open houses and closings show up as to-dos with the congratulations drafted. Quiet partners are flagged after 60 days.

Yours, not ours

Your name on everything. Their choice on every email.

  • Your brand

Logo, headshot, title, NMLS, company NMLS and disclaimer on every email and page.

  • Their choice

Monthly, quarterly or unsubscribe in one click. Bounces and complaints pause the client automatically.

  • No leaks

Nothing in your book links to a third-party site. Nobody is emailed unless you turned it on.

  • Once, when asked

Rate watches fire once, the week the client's own target is reached.

Pricing

Simple pricing.

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial: 10 homes and 3 agents to try it on, no card. Pay annually and get two months free.

Questions people ask.

Where do the values come from?

Zillow, Redfin and Realtor.com estimates, blended, refreshed on a schedule. Recent sales come from the same sources. Rates are Freddie Mac's national weekly average for a 30-year fixed, published by the St. Louis Fed.

Does the email show the home's value?

By default, no. It says the value moved, shows recent sales nearby, and drives the homeowner to their page — where the value, equity and everything else live. That's the lead magnet. You can switch on the full layout with the value in the email if you prefer.

Can homeowners opt out?

Every email carries an unsubscribe link and a choice between monthly and quarterly. Hard bounces and spam complaints pause the client automatically.

Who do the emails come from?

Your name and signature, always. Sends go out from Vurno's address or from your own verified sending address.

What's in the free trial?

14 days, 10 homes and 3 watched agents — enough to see a real report, a real to-do list and a real agent grade on your own book. No card until you pick a plan.

Do you send texts?

Not yet. Vurno is email today; SMS is on the roadmap.

Does it connect to my CRM?

Not yet. Getting your book in is a CSV import — any export with a header row. Integrations come after launch.

Your past clients are your next pipeline.

Import ten of your closed loans tonight. Your first to-do list is waiting in the morning.
